Humor in Dressage

Dressage is often portrayed in the media as a very formal sport with lack of any fun. The patterns that the riders hold their horses to, are ridged and traditional. With that being said, I would like to introduce you to the humorous and fun side of Dressage. Of course who among you remember Norman Thelwell? He was one of the best horse cartoonists around. He passed away in 2004 and because of that some of his books are hard to find. The last book he published about horses was Penelope Rides Again in 1992. Below is some of his humor on Dressage.
