Andalusian Horse Owner – Dean Martin

Dean Martin, singer, actor and best known for his partnership with Jerry Lewis in many, many comedy movies. Dean was also known for the western movies he starred in. Of course he rode a lot of horses in those movies. You could tell that he really knew how to ride and handle a horse. It was no wonder that he owned Andalusian horses. He bred, trained and showed them. Below is Dean and his beautiful horses.

Dean starred with John Wayne in a few of those movies. Here is a short video clip John and Dean on horseback for Dean’s TV variety show. Lots of horse jokes in the clip.

Another horse riding guest on his show was Lorne Green of Bonanza fame. Dean is riding the same horse but for some reason the horses are acting up in the video below. This makes the conditions ripe for impromptu horse jokes.
